Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to oversee client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, driving revenue growth and ensuring the successful delivery of our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to maintain long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
